Dear friends, My friend and neighbor needs our help. Her dad was murdered when she was 1yo. She moved to Israel from Ethiopia at the age of 16 with her mom and 8 brothers. They arrived by foot via Sudan. She was never educated because she took care of her Mom while her brothers went to school . She is illiterate. She married and had 4 children. Her husband was unemployed while she worked as an assistant kindergarten teacher all day and cleaned Mikvaot at night. Unfortunately, she suffered an attack by a dog and severely damaged her knee. After undergoing surgery and Rehab(I personally treated her), she is still unable to work physically as she had done and is thus unemployed. After a difficult marriage, she recently divorced her husband and is now at risk of losing her apartment. We are trying to raise funds so that she can continue paying her mortgage and continue living in her apartment near her friends, her only stability in life.
