"Ksharim"

We, at the Migdalor Association – alumni of the Israeli Naval Officers Course – recognized the growing distress in the job market following the Iron Swords War, and established the “Ksharim” (Connections) program. The Ksharim program is designed to provide career support and guidance through the employment integration process for three key populations: individuals suffering from physical and psychological injuries, active reservists, and recently discharged combat soldiers. As part of the program, each participant receives personalized mentorship, professional enrichment lectures, and comprehensive logistical and professional support – all aimed at optimizing, refining, and empowering their transition into the workforce. To date, we have successfully conducted over 100 employment and integration processes, in collaboration with leading organizations such as the IDF Disabled Veterans Organization, Atidim Association, Barzel Community, and more. These partnerships enable us to broaden our impact, reach more individuals in need, and build a professional, sensitive, and effective support system for every participant. The goal of our current fundraising effort is to expand our operations, reach additional communities in need, and build a meaningful bridge between a difficult present and a stable, hopeful professional future.
