Redemption of Kaparot – Psifas Israeli Foundation

By The Israeli Psifas Foundation in memory of Yosef Goodman and Eliezer Globerman

As Yom Kippur approaches, we are invited to open our hearts and turn the tradition of Kapparot into a gift of hope and renewal. Your donation will give those in need a true opportunity for a new beginning. As it is written: “You shall surely open your hand to your brother, to your poor and to your needy in your land” (Deuteronomy 15:11).

The Psifas Israeli Foundation, named in memory of Yosef Goodman and Eliezer Globerman, seeks to improve Israeli society by providing financial assistance to underprivileged populations. This support includes funding for vocational training, employment-oriented academic studies, or purchasing equipment for small businesses. Each year, our assistance enables dozens of Israelis to take a life-changing step forward—breaking free from the cycle of poverty, becoming self-reliant, and transforming from recipients of charity into productive contributors to society.
