18X Elite Impact – From Service to Startup IDF reservists are being called to serve again – this time to build Israel’s future. Military service changes something inside you, and when soldiers return to civilian life, many search for new meaning and a new path forward. Yet the reality is challenging: 41% of reservists had to leave their jobs, and 60% report lacking career security. 18X Elite Impact responds with a unique, fully subsidized, 18-month program that harnesses the resilience and determination of Israel’s reservists. Our mission is to empower, guide, and equip them with the tools, mentorship, and resources needed to become tech entrepreneurs and venture leaders. By doing so, we aim to rebuild Israel’s economic future, strengthen its long-term ability to defend itself, and foster global Jewish resilience. The program provides participants with a cutting-edge 24/7 learning platform, a supportive community, and transformative team experiences. They gain access to leading advisors, potential co-founders, and customers, while receiving mentorship and funding to accelerate their ventures. Since launching in May 2025, the impact has been extraordinary: over 540 IDF entrepreneurs have joined, supported by more than 300 expert advisors, with over 70% of participants being combat reservists.
