Deposit Bottle Recycling Project - Omer Miller

Omer Miller is celebrating his Bar Mitzvah. During his Bar Mitzvah year, Omer initiated a kindness project focused on recycling deposit bottles, donating all the refund money to treat IDF soldiers. Omer mobilized neighbors, friends, acquaintances, and extended family from across the country to collect bottles for his cause. He personally collected 22,270 bottles, totaling ₪6,681, and personally deposited each and every one of them. This meant countless visits to supermarket recycling stations around the Modi’in area throughout an entire year. Now that the collection campaign has ended, Omer decided to donate the full amount he raised to sponsor a festive BBQ meal for IDF soldiers.
