Our collaborations with business companies, sophisticated logistics infrastructure and an effective and efficient operating model enable the distribution of thousands of tons of good and nutritious food to tens of thousands of families and seniors in need. Through our sophisticated system, we know how to turn every shekel you donate into 10 NIS worth of food. How do we save food? Saving quality surplus food begins in the logistics centers, dairies, factories and branches of food manufacturers and retail chains all over the country, where many products that cannot be sold due to short expiration dates, damaged packaging or other marketing reasons are still fresh and good for use. With the help of an advanced logistics system and a nationwide fleet of trucks, we collect food and products every day from production sites and branches of retail chains and transport them to one of our logistics centers to undergo a strict sorting and control process, packaging and distribution. From there, the food reaches tens of thousands of families and seniors through our 210 local partner organizations.
