The OneFamily Soli Spira Simcha Fund In loving memory of Soli Spira, of blessed memory We have established a special Simcha Fund in memory of Soli Spira, beloved father of our Founding Director,Chantal Belzberg , who passed away two weeks ago. At the age of two, Soli’s father was murdered by the Nazis, and his childhood was spent in hiding. Yet he grew into a man whose life was dedicated to spreading light, joy, and kindness to everyone around him. Your gift to the OneFamily Simcha Fund will carry his legacy forward, bringing love, joy, and moments of celebration to hundreds of young orphans and bereaved families in Israel today, whose lives, like his, have been torn apart by the enemies of the Jewish people. Through your generosity, we can give: • Birthday gifts to orphans • Bar and Bat Mitzvah celebrations for children whose parents are no longer there • Support for young widows preparing a brit milah • Paying for Torah teachers and mentors for boys and girls who no longer have a parent to learn with, something especially meaningful since Torah learning brought Soli deep joy and simcha throughout his life • A family retreat for a mother and her children to smile again after loss • Music and joy at weddings where pain and absence are deeply felt Every act of joy brings healing.
