Job interviews vanished, callbacks never came, and some even faced termination simply for serving their nation. Born from this painful reality, Miluim Le High-Tech emerged as a lifeline—a fully volunteer-driven initiative dedicated to ensuring that those who protected Israel don't lose their professional futures in the process. Today, we're proud to support over 3,000 reservists through an ecosystem of opportunity, partnering with Israel's leading tech giants including Meta, Microsoft, Amazon, SAP, Fiverr, and many more. Transforming Challenges into Careers Our comprehensive program goes far beyond job placement. We host meetups and workshops at major tech companies featuring interview preparation and technical simulations that mirror real hiring processes. We create dedicated pathways to open positions while educating recruiters and HR leaders about the unique challenges reservists face. Through professional training programs, we help bridge the skills gap created by repeated military absences. Led by reservists alongside senior tech industry volunteers for over a year and a half, our work has already helped countless individuals return to—or maintain their foothold in—the workforce.
