Always Beside You

They were there for us in the most critical moments of our lives. Now it is our turn to be there for them. Always Beside You is a nonprofit organization supporting IDF paramedics: men and women who make life-and-death decisions under extreme pressure and carry those experiences long after their service ends. Founded two years ago by graduates of the IDF paramedics course, Always Beside You was created to be a true home for those who served. We support paramedics from the moment they are released from active duty, during their transition to civilian life, and in the years that follow, providing emotional, social, and professional support at every stage. Our work spans multiple areas of care: * Supporting individual mental health * Caring for wounded paramedics * Honoring fallen paramedics and their families * Creating resilience through community building Today, hundreds of IDF paramedics already take part in our programs, and the need continues to grow. We thank you for your support. Together, we stand beside the paramedics who stood beside others in their most desperate moments.
