Roots of Resilience

Rimon Farms Association was founded in 2020 with a mission to create spaces of healing, growth, and resilience in the Negev. Through educational, therapeutic, and agricultural centers, we support diverse populations by combining meaningful agricultural work, a healing environment, and a strong, inclusive community. Since its founding, the association has supported more than 8,000 beneficiaries, including youth, members of the security and emergency forces, residents of the Western Negev, reservists’ partners, and families coping with trauma and loss. This campaign focuses on a group whose strength is often invisible: Women whose lives have been profoundly affected by prolonged reserve service. For many of these women, daily life becomes a continuous balancing act of responsibility, worry, and emotional overload that can last months or even years. Our program offers them a full day of respite, reflection, and empowerment in a safe and supportive setting. Participants are invited to process their experiences and navigate complex emotions. The day includes guided group dialogue, body and mind based therapeutic work, an encounter with an inspiring speaker, and therapeutic agricultural activity rooted in the land. By supporting this campaign, you are giving these women the space they so deeply need to breathe, reconnect to the strength that already exists inside of them, and rebuild resilience for themselves and for those who depend on them.
