Kollel Iyun Hadaf

Kollel Iyun Hadaf (KIH) was founded in August '96 by Rabbi Mordecai Kornfeld in order to provide a free Internet resource center for the online study of Torah. The scholars of KIH produce Torah study material which is posted online in the Dafyomi Advancement Forum (D.A.F.), www.dafyomi.co.il. The D.A.F., with some 50,000 pages of study material, is one of the largest and broadest Torah-study resources on the Internet. Besides study-sheets and mp3's for Dafyomi and Talmud Bavli, the site has large collections of material on Yerushalmi, Mishnah, Halachah, Tanach, and much more, in both English and in Hebrew. D.A.F. also offers various study-calendars and general Torah-related information. Readers are encouraged to submit questions online on any Torah subject and can expecgt to receive well-researched timely responses prepared by KIH's scholars. All of this is available free of charge to any seeking to broaden their knowledge of Torah and Judaism. KIH also supplies numerous free and paid 'hard-copy' resources, such as Dafyomi calendars, laminated charts, and books. With the encouragement and blessings of Rav Shlomo Wolbe, Rav Nachman Bulman, and other Torah leaders, KIH harnesses the vast potential of modern telecommunications to spread Torah around the globe.
