Dialogue for Change

For over a decade the Proyekt has been bringing together diverse groups of teens. Through team building and goal setting, teens with quite different personal stories have learned to work together. Drawing on each other’s strengths to produce [theatrical productions, documentaries, creative writing etc], they have learned that everyone has something to contribute. Today, with antisemitism on the rise and BDS, we must accept our differences and heal Jewish polarization. In Israel and the global Jewish community, we do not all have to be the same, but we can connect through dialogue and build unity. Working together and respecting various paths, we can be stronger together. With this program we initiate social get-togethers between youth from the religious and traditional sector and youth from other sectors. The climax of these get-togethers will be a joint creative activity that presents and emphasizes what the participants have in common. In order to get started with this program, we need funding for the following: Hiring A coordinator to run the program Specific counselor training Equipment for the get-togethers In Proyekt Nadir, we've helped over 1000(!) teenagers find their path in life and achieve personal goals, while preparing them for their future in many ways . Please support this unique and important project so that we could keep doing what we do best- making society stronger and reconnected!
