The Foundation leads this mission forward by developing, funding, and overseeing strategic initiatives that enrich every aspect of life in Efrat — from education and wellness to security, community development, and land preservation. The Efrat Development Foundation is the leading non-governmental body dedicated to advancing Efrat’s social, cultural, and physical development. Working hand in hand with Mayor Dovi Shefler, the Municipality of Efrat, and our global network of philanthropic partners, we are ensuring that Efrat continues to flourish as a strong, secure, and inspiring community at the heart of Israel’s story.
