In 2014, in the darkest days following the abduction and murder of Gil-ad Shaer, Eyal Yifrach, and Naftali Fraenkel, hy״d, we founded, out of pain and determination, the Zionist educational Oz veGaon nature reserve. What began as a neglected hillside in the heart of Gush Etzion was transformed—by volunteers, supporters, and believers—into a living nature reserve filled with Zionist meaning, learning, and hope. Today, thousands of Israelis and visitors from around the world walk its paths, learn its story, and connect—deeply and personally—to the Land of Israel.
