Aleh blind

ALPA Association assists the blind, visually impaired, and dyslexic individuals in learning through various projects run by the association, as well as in employment, welfare, and sports. Among our projects, we encourage and promote the completion of higher education, accessibility in studies, mentoring activities for children and the elderly, lending of adapted technological equipment, a nationwide sports team, and the distribution of scholarships. The association's centers are located on the Mount Scopus campus of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, but the association conducts activities for the welfare of people with disabilities throughout the country. Additionally, the association sends sports teams to represent Israel in competitions around the world and assists with technological solutions to facilitate the full inclusion of people with visual impairments, in particular, and people with other disabilities in general, in everyday life.
