Israel Independence Day BBQ for IDF Soldiers

Like every other country in the world, Independence Day in Israel means celebrating with family and friends, often around a BBQ. Now imagine what your Independence Day would be like if your own son or daughter couldn’t join you because they’re stationed just an hour or so away, standing guard or patrolling to keep you safe. On May 8th, Israel will celebrate 71 years of Independence. And thousands of its children will be serving in the IDF to protect the country and its people against the many enemies they face. PLEASE HELP US BRING THE BBQ TO SOLDIERS WHO CAN’T JOIN THEIR FAMILIES. On May 8th, Boomerang and a large team of volunteers will simultaneously set up a BBQ at each of 5 different army bases. That's it, nothing too complicated. Just good food and good music to show these IDF soldiers that we all appreciate their struggle. That their commitment to safeguarding the state of Israel is not taken for granted. Please join us in showing our soldiers how much we appreciate their personal sacrifice.
