Dan Vilenski: A Legacy of Education, Science, and Impact

With heavy hearts, we say goodbye to Dan Vilenski, of blessed memory - a valued member of MadaTech’s Board of Directors, Chair of the Friends Association, and one of the most meaningful figures in the museum’s journey over many years. Dan was a true partner in shaping MadaTech's vision, driven by a deep belief in the power of education, science, and culture to build a better society. His commitment to the science museum was steadfast and tireless - through guidance, initiatives, strategic thinking, and the cultivation of meaningful partnerships, alongside direct support for educational activities and new ideas that helped advance our mission. Beyond his achievements as a leading figure in Israel’s high-tech and industrial sectors, Dan was above all a person of people - warm, generous, deeply caring, and guided by strong values. This campaign is dedicated to honoring Dan’s memory and continuing his path at MadaTech - advancing accessible, high-quality, and impactful science education. May his memory be a blessing. His legacy will continue to accompany MadaTech for many years to come.
