During my Bat Mitzvah year, together with three of my friends, I visit Beit Elazraki every second Friday to spend time with the Bat Mitzvah girls who live there. Some weeks we hang out, talk and snack, and other weeks we dance and share our favorite music. Each visit is different, and no matter what we do, we always have a great time together, and the visits are fun and special for all of us. Beit Elazraki is a foster home in Netanya, about 45 minutes from where I live. It’s a warm, loving place where kids of all ages are cared for and supported — from their physical and emotional needs to their school and social lives.The amazing staff at Beit Elazraki truly embrace the children and help them grow and develop so they can reach their full potential. They make sure that each child feels safe, loved and every single child is encouraged to be the best version of themselves.
