Building a Home of Faith and Hope

“Bringing joy to a bride and groom…” With great joy and heartfelt excitement, the Ma’alot BaKodesh Be’er Sheva branch will soon accompany one of our students to her wedding canopy in just a month and a half. She is a righteous convert from childhood, without family support, whose journey of return and faith has been deeply intertwined with her rehabilitation and participation in our learning community. The program’s rabbi will officiate the wedding, and her study group will stand beside her as her closest circle on this meaningful day. She is a young woman who survives solely on a disability allowance, orphaned at a young age, and faithfully attends prayer each Shabbat. With guidance from a local bridal mentor, she is doing everything in her power to begin her new life grounded in holiness, faith, and hope. She has no financial support or resources, and we are coming together to fulfill the great mitzvah of helping a bride build her home.
