CHIC SHELTER Initiative Benefitting The Ariel Center

Through the generosity of Netanya’s community, we are launching a special fundraising campaign in support of The Ariel Center. The Ariel Center in Lod is Israel’s first sports and wellbeing center that uses sport as a practical tool to strengthen resilience, restore vitality, and help people rebuild their lives after the war. As part of this effort, we are supporting a D9 Combat Engineering platoon. The D9 is a heavily armored bulldozer used to clear obstacles and open routes for advancing forces often entering first to create safe passage for others. These soldiers operate in pairs inside massive armored vehicles, under prolonged pressure and with little time to decompress between missions. Our program provides weekly structured sports sessions combined with guided group therapy and ongoing access to The Ariel Center as a stable place of belonging, recovery, and community. *all GBP donations are for the youth resilience and education support civilian programme
