Standing Together with Pnina and Her Children Who Lost Their Father

The Cohen family lost their father, Yossi, together with his mother Bruria, in the disaster caused by the Iranian missile strike on a shelter in Beit Shemesh. Penina is currently hospitalized in serious condition, together with their three-year-old son David. Their home, along with all their possessions, was completely destroyed. We have launched a campaign to provide support and immediate assistance for Penina and the four Cohen children who lost their father. Our goal is to build a financial and emotional foundation of stability for the family. This effort requires significant resources, some of them urgently, and therefore we are launching an urgent national campaign. The funds raised will serve three main purposes: Starting over — purchasing basic furniture, clothing, and essential equipment to help the family rebuild their lives and function again after their home was completely destroyed. Physical and mental health — funding medical and psychological treatment for Penina and the children so they can cope with the severe trauma they have endured. Caring for the children’s future — establishing dedicated funds for each of the orphans, who must grow up without their father by their side, providing them with a financial foundation for when they grow older.
