Bring Pesach Joy to around 300 Children in Israel this year

Kimcha D’Pischa: Helping children of single-provider mothers in Israel celebrate Pesach with dignity and joy.

Donors: 13

For a child growing up with a single-provider mother, the difference between worry and joy this Pesach can come from the kindness of someone who chooses to help. Imahot B’Yisroel supports children growing up in families of single-provider mothers in Israel, helping them celebrate the chagim with dignity and joy. This year the need is even greater. The ongoing war, widespread layoffs, rising inflation, and the weak exchange rate have made it extremely difficult for many families to prepare for Pesach. Through our Kimcha D’Pischa effort, we aim to help approximately 300 children celebrate Pesach with dignity and joy. Many donors are already stepping forward to help make this possible. Many choose to give amounts such as $36, $72, $180, $360, or more to help bring the joy of Pesach to a child. For these children, every act of kindness can transform their entire experience of the chag. As the Rambam teaches, when one eats and drinks on Yom Tov, one must also give to the poor and to those in need, for true joy on the festival is shared with others. Your generosity helps ensure that these children can celebrate Pesach with dignity and joy. Your gift today can help a child experience the joy of Pesach this year.
