Dr. Naama Ben-Ami was born in Yemen and immigrated to Israel as an infant במסגרת Operation “On Eagles’ Wings.” She grew up in a transit camp under conditions of scarcity and hardship. From a path filled with challenges, she chose one of learning, perseverance, and faith in the power of education to change lives. She became a pioneering educator and academic, dedicating decades to teaching, research, and empowering her students. She believed with all her heart that knowledge is the key to independence and self-fulfillment.
