Dr. Naama Ben Ami was born in Yemen and immigrated to Israel as an infant during Operation “Eagle’s Wings.” She was raised in transitional government housing, facing significant poverty and hardship. Despite these challenges, Naama came to see education as the path through which she could transform her life.
