Avi Levy - Team Shalva| NY 2026

My name is Avi, and I am married with three children. I work in the technology field at Discount Bank, and I enjoy challenges, discipline, and setting goals. Over the years, I have taken part in endurance sports, including marathons and Ironman races. For me, sport is a way of life that teaches commitment, determination, and belief in constant progress. I am proud and excited to join the New York City Marathon as part of Team Shalva. Shalva is an inspiring organization that supports children and individuals with disabilities, along with their families. Having the opportunity to run for such an important cause gives this race a very special meaning. Every kilometer I run will represent my desire to give back, make an impact, and support Shalva’s important work. I hope to inspire others, raise awareness, and help generate donations along the journey. I am grateful for this opportunity and look forward to standing on the start line in New York with great pride.
