"Recently we felt that we want to do something meaningful and concrete in our area, in honor and memory of the people who gave their lives for us. Therefore we have decided to build a lookout point in Kochav Yaakov in memory of those from Binyamin — a place that connects the people, the landscape and the stories of those who fell and grew up right here. Our goal is to create a place where people will come, pause for a moment, remember, connect and continue the path of those people thanks to whom we are here today.
