Rimon Farms develops and operates therapeutic agricultural and urban centers across the Negev, serving a wide range of populations through hands-on work, responsibility, and community. We specialize in agriculture and employment as tools for healing and rehabilitation. Our approach combines meaningful physical work, evidence-based therapeutic practices, and professional support, grounded in the belief that productivity, routine, and working the land are themselves part of the recovery process. Through cross-sector partnerships and community-based action, we provide support for at-risk youth, individuals coping with post-trauma, and communities across the Western Negev. Together with the Communities of Holit and Nahal OzTwo and a half years after October 7, communities across the Western Negev are still in the midst of rebuilding and recovery. In an extraordinary act of commitment to the region’s future, Kibbutz Nahal Oz and Kibbutz Holit have dedicated land and resources to establish therapeutic farms that will serve not only their own residents, but communities across the region, including cities, moshavim, and kibbutzim. Together, we are creating spaces where people can rebuild stability, purpose, and connection through productive work and engagement with the land.
