Anchor for Combat Soldiers Project

Since October 7th, tens of thousands of combat soldiers have moved from one reserve duty deployment to the next. Many return home from the front lines and struggle to reconnect with everyday life. The reality is alarming: 95% of soldiers experiencing emotional distress carry it silently and will not seek help on their own.This is where we step in.We do not wait for soldiers to raise a red flag. Instead, we have built a unique and proactive identification system that works through commanders and unit members to reach those who often go unnoticed. We find them before they fall through the cracks.Our approach is rooted in community, connection, and meaningful action. The foundation offers multi-session experiential workshops, including woodworking, boxing, breathwork and ice bath training, intuitive art, and more. These programs create a safe, supportive environment that doesn't feel like traditional therapy. Each workshop is led by reservists and professionals who deeply understand the realities and challenges these soldiers face, having lived them themselves.The initiative was founded by soldiers, for soldiers - those who have experienced the struggles firsthand and know exactly what is missing from the existing support system.When our country needed them, they showed up without hesitation.
