Bnei Mitzvah Challenge 2026

As part of my Bar Mitzvah year, I wanted to take on a challenge that would be both memorable and meaningful. I will be taking part in the Bnei Mitzvah Challenge 2026 with my dad, walking in the Lake District alongside other young people and their families. For me, it is an opportunity to mark this important milestone in my life while putting into practice the Jewish values of kindness, responsibility and helping others. I have chosen to support OneFamily, an Israeli charity that helps victims of terror and war, and the families whose lives have been changed forever by loss, injury and trauma. Through emotional, practical and long-term support, OneFamily helps children, parents and families rebuild their lives and find hope for the future. Over the course of the walk, we'll no doubt encounter a few sore knees, an old man’s back and plenty of Lake District weather, but we're excited to take on the challenge together and do our small part to support the incredible work of OneFamily. We would be incredibly grateful for any donation, large or small. Every contribution will help OneFamily continue its vital work supporting those who need it most.
