A stronger future for Israel

Help Build Israel’s Next Generation of LeadersIsrael’s future will not only be shaped by politicians, generals, or policymakers. It will be shaped by the next generation of builders — the entrepreneurs, managers, investors, and business leaders who will carry Israel forward economically, socially, and morally. That is what VLU exists to do. VLU is developing a new kind of Israeli business leader: ambitious, values-driven, connected to Jewish identity, committed to Israel’s future, and ready to use success as a platform for responsibility and impact. Over the past few years, VLU has grown into a powerful leadership community of nearly 1,000 alumni across dozens of cohorts and hundreds of high-level gatherings, mentorship opportunities, and leadership experiences. Now we are ready for the next stage. With your partnership, this campaign will allow us to: Bring 400 more young Israeli managers and entrepreneurs into VLU programs Giving them access to leadership training, Jewish wisdom, executive mentorship, and a serious peer community at a critical stage in their professional lives. Expand VLU communities in Israel and around the world From Tel Aviv to New York, Miami, London, and beyond — building a global network of successful Israelis who remain deeply connected to their identity, their values, and the future of Israel. Create direct access to senior business leaders Through intimate conversations, mentorship, roundtables, and personal connections with CEOs, founders, investors, and top executives who can open doors and model meaningful leadership. Build a physical home for the VLU community A center where young leaders can gather, learn, connect, and grow — turning VLU from a program into a long-term leadership ecosystem. This is not simply a donation. It is an investment in the people who will help shape Israel’s next chapter. Our goal is to raise 3,000,000 NIS by June 29. Thanks to a group of generous matching donors, every gift will be multiplied - creating up to 4x the impact. At a time when Israel needs strong, principled, and united leadership, VLU is building exactly that: a generation of business leaders who not only ask how to succeed, but how to lead with purpose, responsibility, and values. We invite you to partner with us in building the next generation of Israeli leadership.
