Rebuilding Kadim- Coming Home!

Kadim was founded in 1983 as a Nahal outpost and grew into a thriving settlement in Northern Shomron. 21 years ago, as part of the disengagement plan, its residents were evacuated from their homes and the settlement was destroyed. But the longing has never been forgotten. After three years of ongoing war, this much has always been clear – where the plow will be drawn, there our border will be. The government has approved and is actively encouraging the return. They build the infrastructure, but the rest is up to us. It is time to make things right – and we have answered the call! A core group of about 25 idealistic, Torah-oriented families – graduates of Yeshivat Maale Eliyahu in Tel Aviv– will be moving to Kadim this summer and re-establishing a thriving Torah community in northern Shomron. We are going as emissaries of the entire Jewish people – the return to Kedim is not only ours, rather a nation returning home. We invite you to be partners in our journey home. Donations will go toward building a mikveh, a synagogue, a playground, and public buildings – the foundations of any community. Together with us, you will be part of this historic moment and of the community that will once again flourish on the land of Kadim. We are waiting for you!
