Healing the children of the Gaza envelope, embracing reservist families

A Message from Lilibeth, Chief Calming Officer at "Dogs Do Good"
I Am the Witness. While the world is loud and goes about its business without pause, I see the deep silence of pain that trauma leaves behind. For nearly three years, our organization has been on the front lines of emotional healing in Israel. We don’t carry weapons; we carry hope, wagging tails, and professional expertise to build resilience and support recovery.
Today, I am telling you that we cannot stop. I am asking for your help to allow our therapy dogs to continue guiding and healing two groups of people we care about deeply:
1. Gaza Envelope Children
These children have been living under constant survival tension for almost three entire years. This reality is doubly challenging for children on the autism spectrum, whose fragile routines and sensory worlds have been completely upended by the war. When life feels chaotic and uncertain, they don't need more words -they need the soft, unconditional comfort of a friend who understands without speaking.
2. Reservists and Their Children (Dyadic Interventions)
Re-entering family life after long months of combat is a complex emotional journey. Often, the distance between a returning reservist and their child can feel vast. This is where we step in, providing a gentle, structured space for fathers and their children to safely reconnect.
Professional, Evidence-Based Intervention Behind every wagging tail is a skilled clinical team. Backed by rigorous academic research, we lead a structured therapeutic process that safely guides families from trauma back to emotional safety.
Be their bridge to healing. Help us continue extending paws of resilience to our families. Donate today.
