Magen Mishpacha NGO has been operating for over 10 years with the goal of supporting the absorption and integration of new and old immigrants into Israeli society. The organization focuses on creating a supportive and inclusive environment that enables every individual—children, youth, parents, and vulnerable populations—to realize their potential and take an active part in Israeli society. Main areas of activity: 1. Integration programs for children and youth Social groups for children with and without special needs (such as the “Meeting” project). Activities that develop social and communication skills in a supportive environment. 2. Professional training and employment support Courses and professional training in social and educational fields, including the training of instructors and group facilitators for work with children and youth. Employment support for new immigrants and the development of tailored pathways for their integration into the labor market. 3. Parental support and strengthening the family unit Parenting guidance programs for parents of children with and without special needs. Support groups and family accompaniment for coping with parenting challenges.
