For years, Israel's children have been growing up in a world of uncertainty. Some are battling serious illnesses. Others are living with war-related trauma, chronic stress, or overwhelming anxiety. Too many are facing challenges no child should have to face. At Maagal Giborim (Kids Kicking Cancer Israel), we don't just help children get through difficult moments - we give them practical tools they can carry with them for life. Through our unique Power • Peace • Purpose methodology, children first gain Power by mastering breathing techniques, guided imagery, movements, and other martial arts-based tools that help them face fear and cope with pain. As they practice these skills, they experience Peace - regaining a sense of calm, confidence, and control. And as they begin sharing what they've learned with siblings, friends, and other children facing similar challenges, they discover Purpose - finding meaning in their own journey by helping someone else through theirs. Every month, our specially trained instructors help nearly 1,500 children, families, and trauma survivors in hospitals, schools, and communities throughout Israel.
