Team Spector Resilience Journey

Dear Friends, We are Team Spector, November 2010 in Maglan – an IDF commando unit. On June 6, 2025, we lost our teammate, Sgt. Maj. (res.) Chen Gross z"l, in Khan Younis, Gaza. This loss has resurfaced personal, and team struggles and challenges that we've carried with us since our military service, and even more so since October 7th. Alongside this, our sense of belonging to the team has grown stronger, and the bond between us has become one of the most significant anchors in our lives, and in coping with Gross's fall. We now have an opportunity to take a timeout — to go on a team workshop to process and strengthen our mental resilience — and for that, we need you. The Maglan Friends Foundation and the partners of its “Warm Home” project are supporting us, but additional donations are needed to ensure that all team members, especially those who cannot afford the participation fee, are able to come and take part in this journey of recovery.
