About Lahav Farm (Rimon Farms) Lahav Farm (in memory of Liran Almosnino z"l) is a specialized trauma recovery and resilience hub located in the Negev, operating under the Rimon Farms network. The farm provides comprehensive therapeutic care and rehabilitation for IDF veterans, reservists, and security personnel navigating PTSD and combat trauma. Rimon’s model combines somatic agricultural work, mind-body stress-regulation practices (such as breathwork and ice baths), and group therapy in an open-air environment. Special Focus: Combat Experience Processing A core component of Lahav Farm’s work is dedicated combat processing workshops for organic units and teams who served together: • Safe & Immersive Decompression: Units come to the farm for short, focused retreats (1–5 days) to safely process combat experiences, loss, and high-stress events. • Guided Group Processing: Led by trauma professionals, teams externalize combat narratives and shared experiences to reduce acute stress symptoms, build resilience, and prevent long-term PTSD. • Transitioning Back to Life: The program creates a structured emotional bridge, helping soldiers transition smoothly from the battlefield back to their families, workplaces, and routine lives. A donation of 2,250 NIS sponsors one soldier for a complete 3-day combat processing and resilience workshop at the farm. Every donation goes directly toward funding these workshops and helping our soldiers heal and move forward.
