gemach Moshe and Eliad - Ofakim

Honoring the Holiday, Continuing Their Path: Partners in the Ofakim Kindness Project We invite you to take part and be partners in a great mitzvah! What is Gemach Ofakim? Gemach Ofakim has been operating with love and dedication for over 20 years, providing families in the city with the opportunity to celebrate Jewish holidays with dignity, joy, and familial warmth. The Gemach was founded by Moshe Ohayon (Z"L) and the youth of Ofakim, out of a deep vision to look after every home in the city. On the morning of Simchat Torah, Moshe and his son Eliad Ohayon (Z"L) left their home upon hearing the sounds of battle to protect the residents of the city, and gave their lives in a heroic battle. Since then, the Gemach team has fully mobilized to perpetuate their memory and shine by their light, significantly expanding the kindness operations and increasing the number of families benefiting from the distribution. Our Goal for the Upcoming Holiday: Reach 1,000 Families in Ofakim! To meet this exciting goal—we need you with us. The entire Gemach operates purely on a volunteer basis and through open hearts. How can you take part? Sustaining such a massive enterprise involves significant financial expenses, and it relies entirely on donations from good people like you. Every donation, every amount, brings us one step closer to the goal and brings light into another home. Come take part in something big, meaningful, and good happening right here. 👉 Donate now and become a partner!
