Kruvit project 2026

For over 17 years, the "Kruvit" (Cauliflower) project has been preparing festive hot meals and distributing them—prior to the holiday eve—to thousands of isolated seniors, Holocaust survivors, and individuals in need. Some of the meals are prepared by individuals in their own homes, while others are cooked in large-scale kitchens, such as the one at Kfar HaYarok; we rely on the village's students and community parents to assist with packaging and distribution. Our many volunteers deliver the meals to homes before the holiday begins, visiting isolated seniors with a smile and a hot holiday meal, bringing them great joy. Beyond the food itself, the visit and the delivery of the meal demonstrate that they have not been forgotten; for them, this serves as "food for the soul" and brings them immense happiness.
