A Crisis Turned into a National Mission: From Personal Rehabilitation to Sustainable Resilience Following intense combat across various fronts, thousands of Israeli families were suddenly thrust into a complex, grueling rehabilitation journey. On October 24, 2024, during combat in Lebanon, Dan (Dani) Amir—a business branch manager at Bank Hapoalim - was critically injured, resulting in the amputation of his leg. In that same tragic battle, 5 of his brothers-in-arms fell, and 22 other soldiers were wounded. Navigating this personal struggle while standing by Dan throughout his rehabilitation, his wife, Einav Amir- a business consultant and social activist—identified a critical national gap: wives of wounded soldiers overnight become the "chief managers" of both the home and the recovery process. They bear the heavy emotional and financial burden, yet lack a structured support system to develop their own personal, professional, and business resilience. Our Solution: A Dual Business - Emotional Support Envelope for Wounded Soldiers' Wives.                  The initiative provides wives of wounded soldiers with practical tools to achieve financial independence and build sustainable business ventures, paired with comprehensive emotional support. Core Program (In Partnership with "Yozmot Atid" association) : • Business & Empowerment: 9 hybrid business sessions, followed by dedicated 1-on-1 mentorship by a certified "Yozmot Atid" business mentor guiding each participant all the way through launching her business. • Emotional Resilience: 4 group processing sessions led by a psychologist specializing in trauma. • Connection & Capstone Event: 2 experiential Outdoor Training (ODT) sessions and a summit overnight retreat (2 days, 1 night away from home) to showcasing Results & Launching the Journey.
