For families in Israel. 🇮🇱 Dear Yeshiva alumni living abroad, As Rosh Hashanah and the Yamim Noraim approach, we enter a time of tefillah, teshuvah, reflection — and giving. “Teshuvah, tefillah and tzedakah avert the severity of the decree.” These precious days give us an opportunity to open our hearts, add to our zechuyos, and help families in Israel begin the new year with dignity, security and hope. Over the past several years, the work of Yad Yissachar V’Yitzchak has expanded dramatically. Today, our Olam Chessed Yibane program operates in approximately 120 schools, yeshivot and ulpanot across Israel — from the Golan to Eilat — providing ongoing assistance to more than 1,000 families. But Olam Chessed Yibane is far more than food distribution. In every participating school, we build a complete chesed network together with the school leadership, educational staff, rabbanim, counselors, chesed coordinators and students. The result is something powerful: a permanent address within the community where a family in need can quietly receive help from people who know them, understand them and care. And the demand keeps growing. More schools throughout Israel are asking to join the program and establish their own local chesed network. With your partnership, we can say yes. Choose your partnership:$120 — Give a Family Yom Tov Provide a family with a generous food package so they can celebrate the Tishrei Yamim Tovim with dignity and joy. $360 — $1 a Day: Support a Family for a Year Become a year-round partner, providing a family with ongoing support, stability and care. $1,300 — Establish a New Chesed Program in Israel Build a functioning chesed network inside another school, yeshiva or ulpana — recruiting and guiding a team, establishing a chesed committee, involving students, organizing regular food collections and creating a permanent source of support for families within that community.
