Starting a new year

Over the past decade, we have seen time and time again how our study truly changes lives. Through dozens of study circles, courses, and community gatherings, we have had the privilege of providing many with practical tools for a life of compassion and wisdom. We see how this inner change never stops with the individual—it always radiates outward, touching families, communities, and society as a whole. Ahead of the New Year, we are launching our campaign: "Starting the Year — Spreading the kindness". The "Method and Wisdom" association has been operating entirely on a volunteer basis since 2007. All of our facilitators and teachers—headed by Lama Dvora-Hla—dedicate their time and energy with love and without compensation.
