Running for the Future of Afikim’s Youth  For the youth of Afikim, climbing is far more than a sport. Each time they stand before the climbing wall at Beit Ariel in memory of Ariel Goldsmith, they learn to believe in themselves, face their fears, set a goal, and keep moving upward, even when the path feels difficult. Every new hold builds confidence, and every summit reminds them that they are capable of achieving more than they imagined. The Run4Afikim campaign will enable Afikim's youth to participate in an ongoing climbing program at Beit Ariel, Lod’s home for resilience, sport, and community. Through professional guidance, physical activity, and meaningful human connection, the program gives each child a safe place to grow, become stronger, experience belonging, and discover the strength within. From February 24-26, 2027, we will run for them. Every step we take will help another child climb higher, both on the wall and in life. Your contribution will fund climbing lessons, professional equipment, and ongoing support, giving these children a genuine opportunity to build confidence, resilience, and hope for the future.
