JuniorZ

Everyone asks for experience. But no one is willing to give it. Except for us. Thousands of computer science graduates finish their degree only to hit the same wall: “You don’t have enough experience.” At a time when AI and economic crises are changing the rules of the game, the door to a first tech job is narrower than ever. JuniorZ is a program that aims to help the next generation of the tech industry grow. How? We build juniors a real startup environment: industry mentors, cloud infrastructure and AI tools, and together we build tech products from scratch. Not another portfolio project that nobody ships - a product that goes live. Who is it for? Young computer science graduates, with priority for new immigrants, women in tech, and young people from the social and geographic periphery.
