Scholarships for the Levi Children

Together let's help the Levi family. The Levis* are a wonderful, warm family living nearby. They might be your neighbours. You probably know them for their generosity and chessed opportunities. The parents work in the health industry and they have 5 children. The oldest three have been learning with A.H.A.V.A. since they were in kindergarten. This year due to severe financial straits they simply cannot afford to send their children to A.H.A.V.A. The Levis want their children to continue receiving a quality English education, but they need help to make it happen. Sharon, the oldest, is an art loving 6th grader who wants to own a zoo! (See in the pictures the interview she conducted with her mother on hospitality.) Tali, the 4th grader, struggles with learning English, but A.H.A.V.A.'s small classes give her the one on one attention she needs to succeed. She dreams of being a dancer. Yoni, the 1st grader is great with his hands and dreams of exploring the undersea world. The Levi children need to have good working English to realize their dreams. University studies, be it marine biology, zoology or musicology require a high level of English. Tuition for the three children amounts to 7,200 NIS. A.H.A.V.A. has reduced tuition to 6,000 NIS. Join us in giving the children this gift of English!
