Pidyon Kapparot for Needy Families

As the New Year is upon us we want to distribute gift certificates for food to needy families in the school. For children in school, poverty does not just affect how often they eat or whether they can have school supplies. It also makes them feel “less than” as they are well aware of their status in comparison to their friends. Your donation will help ensure that their families can have large holiday meals and provide a feeling of normality to children growing up in difficult times. If any money is left over after the food certificates are purchased it will be placed in an assistance fund to help these families throughout the year.
