Hachnasas Sefer Torah in memory of Laura Friedman

The Makom B'lev organization has taken upon itself to solicit funds for writing a new Sefer Torah including bringing it to a new shul with great pomp and circumstance for the benefit of its congregation. The Sefer Torah will play a central role as a source of light for the community and its Jewish lifestyle. Especially during these times we wish to bring holiness and spiritual strength to our people. This Sefer will be an additional light of Torah for Kehilat Darchei Yitzchak in Ramat Beit Shemesh, Israel. The Sefer is dedicated to the memory of a precious woman, Laura Friedman z"l, a woman of valor and kindness who moved to Eretz Yisrael with simcha, continuing to build a home and family blessed by HaShem. She merited to help establish two communities, Matityahu and Hashmonaim, in Eretz Hakodesh.
