Keeping Judaism Diverse

Beit Daniel needs you now. For the last 30 years Beit Daniel has been bringing you an empowering and meaningful egalitarian Judaism. A Judaism, in which the whole family can sit together in a synagogue. Where a couple can marry in an equal and respectful position. Where a bat mitzvah can ascend to the Torah and Jewish studies that are relevant and refreshing. Now, we turn to you: Please help us to preserve this house, which is ours for all of us. Over the past year, the revenues that helped sustain Daniel's house have been dramatically affected. The income from events that helped us maintain our ongoing activities ceased, and yet we did not stop working and reach so many people. We continued with Kabbalat Sabbath, classes, ceremonies and holiday events - all virtually, and free of charge, so that anyone who desired could take part. Indeed, tens of thousands of people - new and old, remote and even overseas - joined us in every broadcast and gathering. Help us continue - for the Bar/Bat Mitzvah you want to have next year, for the wedding where you want to welcome each other, and for the sake of our continued existence, as an egalitarian Jewish stronghold that is open to all. With your help we can continue to work for an inclusive and progressive Judaism, which will accept you for who you are, and be there for you always.
