Building a future in Tal Binyamin

Demolition orders alongside the regulation of the settlement of the Tal Binyamin farm and the flourishing of the settlement, evacuation, demolition, and construction. Contractors of the state are without a state budget. Twenty years ago, young families came to "Tal Binyamin" with the help of the Settlement Division and in light of the state's decisions. The Herzlich family also settled in the new settlement. They came young in order to be partners in the expansion of settlement, to strengthen the place, and to help its growth. Today there are ten families, with many children and tremendous ideology, but there is also an acute problem with a solution that can give rise to new life, development and construction. Three years ago, Palestinians petitioned the court claiming ownership of the land and due to dozens of meters of state land, changes made in the maps of the area removed families from Tal Binyamin, causing them to be “out of bounds”, and from these new boundaries, the court decided to evict and destroy/relocate the 15 structures on the hill. A relocation of only 50 to 100 meters, and this is without any assistance or tools that could alleviate the difficult situation that had been imposed on their lives. Some of the houses are intended for demolition because they can’t be relocated, and in addition to the demolition, a heavy burden is added that requires families to rebuild their homes only tens of meters away from their current location. For some of the families whose buildings can be relocated, preparations must be made for the complex move including construction, transport and connection to infrastructure. At the end of the process, the expected regulation and hundreds of housing units are expected to be built there. Now we are embarking on a mass funding campaign to help families build their home in its new location and within a week they will start with the help of G-d. The construction will be simple and fast because the schedules/time tables are short and they have less than 3 months in total! The cost of moving and construction of alternative structures is very high. We are currently raising 220,000 NIS to start the project, meet the conditions set by the court, and continue to develop the Tal Binyamin farm. We need your help urgently.
