Beit Natan Virtual Therapeutic Programming

Please help Beit Natan provide support services virtually to people with cancer throughout Israel during these trying times. The Beit Natan clientele is a high-risk population and has thus been severely impacted by the corona virus. Cancer survivors as well as those currently dealing with cancer and cancer treatment have compromised immune systems and have found it necessary to isolate themselves from the community and in many cases even from close family. Those currently in treatment no longer have access to public transportation, and due to restrictions on hospital visitation, are not permitted to have someone accompany them to treatment. The stress of arranging treatment under the new conditions combined with the imposed isolation has resulted in anxiety and loneliness, potentially leading to depression and despair. Therapeutic Support Groups and Y’mei Iyun are being offered to our clients via Zoom. The Beit Natan Therapeutic Retreats for Recovery have been transformed into Retreats-on-Key – a series of therapeutic seminars, workshops and programs that are delivered directly to our clients with the materials and supplies necessary to participate in the On-Key program.
