Grooming the future leaders of the Ethiopian-Israeli community and Israeli society

An important and dynamic leadership training program for Ethiopian-Israeli teenage girls. The program provides girls with self-confidence and leadership skills in order to take an active role in determining their own future and in shaping a better future for their community. FIDEL is launching a pilot program in the 2016-17 school year with a select group of Ethiopian-Israeli girls recruited from FIDEL's Youth Centers. The program empowers the teen girls with leadership skills and ambition utilizing high impact formal and informal seminars and activities throughout the school year.
