The Netivot Chaim quorum is a quorum in the spirit of the unity of "Together the whole house of Israel", the quorum is open to anyone who is interested. Combined with Torah lessons and value-based Torah activities for a variety of ages, everyone is invited to support and take part in the Torah Chaim building in the Holy City of Jerusalem. The minyan was established by members of the Torah nucleus in the area, "Shalem Shalem".
